Under the organic tea area Ecolink works with local Ethnic Dzao and Tay people to harvest other spices of cinnamon and ginger. This is great combination intercroping cultivation techniques when we can collect spices in dry season. This brings added value to the local ethnic farmer and sustain their quality of lifes in off tea season.
